Holiday Season Hours & Returns Policy

Operating Hours:
During the holiday season, we will be closed on the following days:
- December 24th
- December 25th
- December 26th
- December 27th
- January 1st
- January 2nd
- January 3rd

All other days, we’ll operate as usual to ensure your orders are processed promptly.

Holiday Returns Policy:
Our returns department is closed from 17th of December 2024 and will resume back on the 13th January 2025. 
All returns can be accepted after the 13th of January, if tags are attached and the item is in it’s original condition you received.
During these times, you do not need to worry about the 10 day return period.
Please email us once our returns department is open again and one of our team members will respond to you as soon as possible.
