Holiday Season Hours

Please note that our returns department will be closed from 19 December 2025 to 12 January 2026.

If you need to lodge a return, please contact us either before 19 December or after 12 January.

Any returns that fall within this period will still remain valid. We simply ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience, either side of these dates, so we can assist you as soon as possible once we reopen.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support over the holiday period.

Operating Hours:
During the holiday season, we will be closed on the following days:
- December 24th
- December 25th
- December 26th
- December 27th
- January 1st
- January 2nd
- January 3rd

All other working day, we’ll operate as usual to ensure your orders are processed promptly.
