Dispatch Timeframe

Please check the product description for specific processing times — some of our items are high-demand or pre-order products and may require additional time before dispatch.

General orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days, unless pre order, or stated otherwise on the product.
Once your order is ready to go, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

All shipping rates are set based on pricing provided by our courier partners and are calculated using the weight and destination of your order.

Please note that these rates are flat-rate estimates determined by courier information.
In some cases, small variations in actual parcel weight (e.g., 1.99 kg vs 2 kg) may fall within the same rate bracket. Shipping fees are therefore applied according to the rate category rather than the exact final weight.

  • Rest of New Zealand: $12.99 

  • Australia (under 2 kg): $19.00 (our shipping rate will be increasing from 21st Nov)

  • Australia (over 2 kg): $24.00 (our shipping rate will be increasing from 21st Nov)

  • Heavyweight orders (over 5 kg): $50.00
